Our worship

Behold Christ. Respond to His Word. Sing the gospel together.

Our worship ministry exists to help the church proclaim the worth of God, remember the gospel, and be formed by Scripture, prayer, and song.

Worship convictions

What we believe about worship

Worship begins with God

Our response to the Triune God for who He is and what He has done in Christ, through praise, confession, and thanksgiving.

We sing what is true

Every song we sing is rooted in Scripture and proclaims the truths of the gospel.

Worship forms us

What we sing shapes what we believe. As we sing together, we remind one another of the gospel and dwell richly in God’s Word.

Worship responds to the Word

Our singing is shaped by Scripture and aligned with the preaching, helping the church respond to what God is speaking.

Ancient and modern

The rich theology of historic hymns and psalms alongside modern songs that express timeless truth for today’s church.

A singing church

We love a full modern band and the sound of a congregation singing together, and we make space for every voice to be heard.

Participation, not performance

The platform exists to serve the church, not to showcase talent. We’re not performing for the congregation. We’re leading them.

Families worship together

We want kids to worship beside their parents and see them sing. Children are part of the gathered church.

What this looks like on Sunday

A Christ-centered, Word-shaped gathering

Songs, Scripture readings, prayer, and preaching are planned to work together, so the whole service helps us behold Christ and respond to His Word.

The songs we sing

Biblically faithful, easy for a congregation to sing, and rich in gospel truth: modern worship, historic hymns, and psalm-based songs.

Modern liturgy

Calls to worship, Scripture readings, confession, creeds, communion, prayer, and benedictions connect us to the historic Christian faith.

Serve on the worship team

Leading people, not just songs

Our worship team is made up mainly of people from within our church. We care more about who we are off the platform than what we do on it, and we love raising up worship leaders from our own church family.

01

Musicians & vocalists

Joining starts with an audition and onboarding, so we can discern gifting and get aligned in heart and direction.

02

Production & tech

Serving behind the scenes with sound, lyrics, lighting, and the livestream, so the church can worship without distraction.

03

Training & growth

Vocal technique, instruments, in-ears, and sound, alongside spiritual growth and worship nights together.

04

Internships & residencies

For those sensing a call to worship ministry: intentional seasons of serving, learning, and discipleship.
